Lauren Sanders has been promoted to manager of Human Resources at Brown Smith Wallace and will lead the Human Resources department. With more than 12 years of human resources experience, Sanders most recently served as Talent Development Supervisor for the firm. She was responsible for constructing and leading the firm’s talent development program Brown Smith Wallace University, which launched in 2013.
