Richard Gordon has joined Lindquist LLP as the director of Forensic Services in the firm’s San Ramon, Calif., office.
Jeffrey Solomon has been named Connecticut partner-in-charge of Assurance Services at Marcum LLP. Based in New Haven, Solomon will additionally be responsible for assurance services to clients of the firm’s Hartford and Greenwich offices.
Yolande Clarke has joined CBIZ MHM as a manager in the audit department in the Tampa Bay office. Clarke earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of West Indies and her Master’s in Finance and Banking from Mona School of Business, Jamaica West Indies. She previously worked as an Audit Manager with PwC LLP. Sheri Schultz, who is a director of business valuation and litigation support services at Fiske & Company, has been elected to the North America Board of Directors of CPA Associates International.
Ryan Hodell has joined Sponsel CPA Group as a staff accountant with the tax services team.
Kim Waldman has joined Arthur Bell CPAs as its new National Director of Business Development.
Marissa Pepe Turrell has joined Marcum LLP as an Advisory Services Director in the national accounting firm’s Needham, Mass. office. She will play a lead role in providing law firms and in-house finance departments with litigation consulting, fraud and forensic services, and business valuation services for complex investigations and transactions.
Anne Ritter has been promoted to principal, tax services at Brown Smith Wallace. As a principal, Ritter has overall responsibility for the tax planning and consulting services rendered to her individual and business clients.
Glenn Herman has joined CohnReznick LLP Roseland, NJ office, as a tax partner and member of the Firm’s Financial Services Industry Practice and Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution Industry Practice. PwC US is expanding its Deals business in New Jersey to further support local clients and their deal strategies. NJ-based PwC partner Glenn Hunzinger has been selected to lead the local team of deals practitioners.
Flynn Family Office added two new directors in the firm’s New York headquarters. Robyn Trani has more than 20 years of experience, most recently serving as controller for a single-family office. In addition to client services responsibilities, Trani will work directly with partners and account management teams to streamline existing processes and formalize capabilities as FFO continues to develop and implement innovative family office solutions for ultra-high-net worth communities. Esma Deljanin, will join as director of administration. Deljanin is a seasoned human resources and organizational management professional. In her new role, Deljanin will oversee employee development programs and corporate culture initiatives at the firm. Steven Davis joined KPMG’s International Tax practice as a principal. Based in New York, he will support KPMG’s Value Chain Management practice and assist clients with tax-related cloud issues. Davis brings more than 24 years of industry and law firm experience helping multinational organizations align their operational and tax planning. Jill Wager has joined LCS&Z as an associate.

Scott Moore has been appointed to managing partner at PwC US in its North Texas market.
Richard Hedley, a partner at Cherry Bekaert LLP has moved to the firm’s Roanoke, Va. office.
Dan De Jong has joined the State and Local Tax group of KPMG’s Washington National Tax practice from Tax Executives Institute, where he served as tax counsel for the past six years. Based in Washington, D.C., Jong will support KPMG’s engagement teams across Tax and assist clients with a variety of tax-related income/franchise, financial services, and associated issues. The Tax Council Policy Institute has recognized Mark Weinberger, EY Global Chairman and CEO, and former U.S. Treasury Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy, the Pillar of Excellence Award for his accomplishments in the field of business and tax policy. The award was presented at TCPI’s 16th Annual Tax Policy & Practice Symposium on February 12 in Washington, D.C.
