Perkins & Co Adds Two Shareholders

Perkins & Co has promoted Jennifer Elder and Travis Irving from senior managers to shareholders.

Elder joined Perkins & Co in 1998 and is a leader of the firm’s Employee benefit plan audit practice group, where she is instrumental in the growth and development of the niche.

Elder manages audit teams for numerous plans: defined contribution, defined benefit and health and welfare plans. She also assists plan administrators and plan sponsors with ERISA compliance and plan operations.

Elder’s professional and civic involvements include serving as a board member for The Western Pension and Benefits Council and as a committee member for the YWCA Clark County. Elder earned a business degree from Washington State University.

[IMGCAP(2)] Irving joined the firm in 2004 and his professional experience includes auditing, tax planning, and business consulting for a variety of clients and entities, including: corporations, LLC/partnerships, individuals, emerging businesses and multi-national organizations. In addition to his significant public accounting experience, he is a leading member of the firm’s nonprofit practice group.

Irving’s professional and civic affiliations include the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, Willamette Valley Development Officers and New Avenues for Youth. Irving graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
