Personable Inc. has introduced ScanWriter for QuickBooks, a technology that will allow for automation of all previously keyed entries into QuickBooks.

ScanWriter is designed to capture scanned documents or existing electronic statements, including bank statements, credit card statements, receipts, invoices, and other documents, and immediately populate QuickBooks with transactions for a client.

“We have been in business for 10 years, providing service to CPAs and accountants,” said Personable president Benjamin Chou. “ScanWriter will help accountants when they get the statements and invoices from clients, so instead of manually entering this data, now [ScanWriter] can scan and create. You will now be able to enter 100 transactions in seconds.”
