PKF O'Connor Davies, a Top 25 Firm based in New York, has merged in Bowman & Company, a firm with three offices in Southern New Jersey and a specialty in municipal and governmental accounting, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Bowman & Company dates back to 1939 and includes 100 professionals and 20 partners across offices in Voorhees, Haddonfield and Woodbury, New Jersey. The firm's professionals hold a variety of government-specific accounting credentials, including Registered Municipal Accountants, Public School Accountants and Certified Municipal Finance Officers. Along with the public sector, Bowman & Co. also has clients in the not-for-profit, construction, health care and professional services industries.

Keane in a statement Monday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PKFOD ranked No. 25 on Accounting Today's 2025 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $410 million in annual revenue, over 200 partners, more than 1,200 employees and 19 offices.
