Plante Moran Promotes Flattery and Graham

Top 15 firm Plante Moran has named Kevin Flattery managing partner of its Ann Arbor office, and Dennis Graham as practice group leader of the firm's private equity group practice.

[IMGCAP(1)]Flattery, who has been based in the Ann Arbor office since joining the firm in 1996, primarily focuses on serving professional services organizations. He succeeds Michael Swartz, who will now lead the firm's governmental accounting professionals practice. Flattery holds a degree in accounting from Central Michigan University.

A management consulting partner, Graham has been involved with Plante Moran's private equity group since it was established in 2005. The practice works with more than 100 private equity groups and nearly 200 portfolio companies.

Graham joined the firm in 2001, and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
