Coaching and consulting firm PartnersCoach has introduced a Partner-Pipeline program that provides a developmental approach to building future leaders within accounting firms.

The Partner-Pipeline program takes individuals beyond technical development and provides a system to enable the development of the professional skills required of high-performing leaders. Partner-Pipeline identifies the five contributions of high-functioning leaders and provides an approach to developing these contributions at every level within an organization. Using human motivation and performance improvement principles, the Partner-Pipeline is an in-firm professional development program that provides instruction and tools to develop partner candidates within accounting firms.

The Partner-Pipeline was developed by Guy Gage, LPC, CPT, who has over two decades of experience developing leaders within professional organizations using his educational background in human motivation and performance. Holding a license in counseling and a certificate in human performance improvement, Gage has consulted with and coached professionals for over 20 years to increase their effectiveness and career satisfaction.
