Rager, Lehman & Houck, P.C., a regional accounting firm with offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland, has merged in Dallavalle & Co. P.A., a firm in Frederick, Md., effective Nov. 30, 2015.
“Dallavalle & Co. P.A. is a well-respected firm in the Frederick area that has specialized in small business services since 1987,” said RLH president and managing principal Karl Lehman in a statement. “Having them join us enhances what we can offer clients and gives us more robust in-office resources.”
Dallavalle & Co. president John Dallavalle said the combination would help his clients. “With RLH’s deep bench of expertise, our clients will always have answers to their questions just a click or call away,” he said. “We’re excited to be working alongside such a distinguished group and are looking forward to our collaboration.”
Rager, Lehman & Houck is also rolling out a new name and branding to coincide with the merger. The firm has officially changed its name to RLH CPAs & Business Advisors, LLC. “We feel this update is the perfect way to honor our past while at the same time focusing on the future of the firm,” Lehman explained.
