Charles Raibley, CPA, has been promoted to vice president in the Assurance Services Group of Perry-Smith LLP.
He will be responsible for supervising, directing and reviewing the results of audits, training senior associates, and practice development for the firm, and will focus on audits of local education agencies and financial institutions.
Raibley has been with Perry-Smith for six years, and holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
