Tax research and software provider RIA has upgraded its proprietary Checkpoint service to include expansion of user access to BNA content, international standards and titles from sibling Thomson company PPC.The company, headquartered here, said that, as part of the upgrade, the service will now make available more than 90 PPC auditing, tax and accounting titles, including its Guide to Public Company Audits and 1040 Deskbook materials.
It also has expanded its current partnership with BNA, allowing Checkpoint subscribers access to BNA's tax content, including BNA Portfolios.
Among the new features are content from the International Accounting Standards Board, including International Financial Reporting Standards and International Accounting Standards. Meanwhile, the site now includes a library from Towers Perrin, a global provider of executive compensation consulting services that includes a daily news service, its Daily Media Watch - covering legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, legislative and governance
issues on executive compensation - and the company's Executive Compensation Resources newsletter.
