Santos, Postal & Company is merging in Hildebrand, Limparis & Associates, adding an office in Frederick, Md., to the firm’s existing office in Rockville, Md.
The merger will take effect on November 1. The combined firm will continue to provide tax, auditing and accounting services, along with business valuation services, outsourced CFO solutions and many other advisory services.
Santos Postal’s presence stretches further than the two Maryland offices. The firm noted that it maintains clients in all 50 states, as well as abroad through its membership in MGI World, an international alliance of auditing, accounting and consulting firms. Santos Postal specializes in servicing real estate businesses, tax-exempt organizations, government contractors and midsize businesses.
“This merger will create many benefits for our combined client base,” said managing partner Charles B. Postal in a statement. “We are delighted that we are now able to offer additional services to HLA’s clients, as well as have the team at HLA provide their expertise to our client base.”
The merger brings together two firms that provide career development opportunities for their staff. Carl Hildebrand and his longtime business partner Christine Limparis will remain with the combined firm.
