Scalus releases workflow automation software for accountants

Scalus has officially launched its process automation, workflow efficiency and project management solution for accountants out of a beta testing period.

The cloud-based app, also called Scalus, provides firms with a dashboard to manage workflow and projects. The software also includes a client portal that can send client notifications across any e-mail platform.

The dashboard is a centralized landing page inside of the Scalus app that displays a user’s work and what’s overdue. The dashboard also includes filtering capabilities for users to sort and save reports based on the status level of a task, assignees, due dates and templates.

“We are so excited to bring Scalus to market and empower teams to do what our firm couldn’t when experiencing rapid growth,” said CEO Kristen Koh-Goldstein in a statement. “This software is the result of years of development and I couldn’t be prouder to provide a solution to accountants that I know will help them scale their practice, and improve efficiencies both with their internal team and with their clients.”

The Scalus workflow app is $20 per user per month, and includes the new management dashboard, support and the ability to add client users at no additional fee. Scalus also offers a free trial before purchase.
