For the next installments of our Seeking Success project, Accounting Today and Cetera Financial Specialists aimed to dive deeper into why some firms really thrive in the wealth management space.
[IMGCAP(1)]First, we identified firms that have a wealth management practice, then picked out those that expect the growth of that practice to outpace their firm's overall growth rate. We then asked these pacesetters about a host of internal best practices. To start, it's clear that they plan more seriously for it, and make sure that more of their staff are able to promote the practice, as you can see from the accompanying infographic.
In future installments, we'll look at how these firms acquire and on-board new clients, and how they maintain those relationships over the long-term.
