Seiler’s COO Recognized as a Woman of Influence

Lynne Born, chief operating officer of Seiler LLP, has been named one of the most influential women by Silicon Valley Business Journal.

“I am thrilled to share the Women of Influence honor with so many inspirational and successful women,” Born said in a statement. “My hope is that together we can continue to mentor, support and positively influence future generations of leaders in this wonderful region.”

The Women of Influence program honors women executives who have made a significant impact in the private, public or nonprofit sectors of the region.

Born leads Seiler’s strategic planning and operations with a focus on growth and profitability. She also serves as a member of the board of directors and chairs the Strategic Planning Committee for Watermark, an executive women’s networking organization in Silicon Valley. She holds positions on the CalCPA Succession Planning Committee, the Management Summit for Accounting Firms and the COO Forum.

“Lynne is truly an example of excellence for our partners and employees,” says James G.B. DeMartini, Managing Partner of Seiler LLP. “Her dedication to mentoring and motivating others encourages us all to give back to the communities in which we live and work.”

Born attended Northwestern University and has held positions with law firms Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and Howard Rice.
