Sikich Investment Banking Gains Managing Director

Robert E. Stutz has joined Sikich Investment Banking, the Chicago-based corporate finance and advisory practice of Top 100 Firm Sikich LLP, as a managing director.

Stutz brings more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and the corporate world, with expertise in manufacturing. He has successfully led a wide range of transactions focusing on business sales, acquisition searches, and capital raises in North American, as well as international markets.

"As the new head of our manufacturing vertical, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. His background fits very well with the capabilities we are assembling here at Sikich," said Christopher Geier, partner-in-charge of investment banking. "We are very fortunate to have Bob join us."

 Previously, Stutz was a managing director at boutique investment bank Kinsella Group. Prior to that, he held management positions at both public and private companies, including a number of C-suite positions.

He holds a BS in Engineering from Brown University, and an MBA from Harvard.
