Sean Saari, a member of Skoda Minottis Business Valuation and Litigation Group, has received the 2010 Jeffrey R. Salins Report Writing Award from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
The award, given each year to one of NACVAs 7,500 members, acknowledges superior work in preparing a business valuation report. The winner of the award is voted upon by a group of highly experienced NACVA business valuation practitioners.
To become eligible, one must submit a report that demonstrates proficiency in written communications, business valuation theory and technique, economic and industry research and technical and financial analysis. Other criteria considered include indentifying key and underlying issues, accounting and tax fundamentals, organization and presentation, and comprehension of NACVAs standards of professional practice.
Saari, a member of Skoda Minottis Business Valuation and Litigation Group, was recognized on the NACVAs Wall of Fame at their annual conference in Miami last month.
