Skoda Minotti Technology Partners has merged with Westlake, Ohio-based DataServ. Deal terms were undisclosed.
The merged company will use the name DataServ, a Skoda Minotti Technology Firm. Karl Seiler, president of DataServ, will continue in his role as president of the newly formed business.
The combined entity pools the expertise of two technology service firms.
The combination will provide a complete set of managed, shared and stand-alone technology services for network, wireless, telephony, video surveillance, interactive collaboration and online productivity tools, including backup and disaster recovery, cloud solutions, hardware and software sales.
