Smolin, Lupin & Co. acquired Vitolo & Associates, a client accounting and advisory services firm in Wall Township, New Jersey.
Smolin is an advisory, tax and accounting firm with offices in New Jersey and Florida. The deal strengthens Smolin's advisory and accounting capabilities, adds six employees and expands its presence in the state.
