Intelligize has introduced the SEC Checker to help with the preparation, analysis and review of SEC filings.
This product allows for more granular searches down to the section level, detailed company and insider information, and comparison tools across different filings. The SEC Checker is geared toward both practitioners and research specialists.
In addition, Intelligize has released new versions of its Comment Checker and Precedent Checker products. The SEC research tools apply metrics and trending data to specific disclosure items, and comment and response threading to SEC staff correspondence.
