Springline Advisory adds Infinity Globus, Smart Accountants

Springline Advisory acquired Infinity Globus and Smart Accountants, both based in Ahmedabad, India, expanding the firm's international reach.

Infinity Globus provides outsourced tax and accounting services. Smart Accountants provides international tax and business formation services for businesses. Together, they add 191 employees to Springline, bringing the total count to 750 employees. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Springline Advisory is a Top 100 Firm, reporting $89 million in revenue. It was created by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners in January 2024.

The firm has made a number of M&A deals, such as adding HM&M and Clark, Raymond & Co. last December, Fiske Advisory in January, and EFPR Advisory in February.
