Squire combines with Pinnock Robbins

Squire & Company, P.C. has merged in Pinnock, Robbins, Posey & Richins, P.C., in Utah, effective July 1.

Squire is located in Orem, Utah, while PRPR is in downtown Salt Lake City. Financial details were not disclosed. Squire ranked 8th on Accounting Today’s Regional Leaders list for the Top Firms in the Mountain region, with $18.77 million in annual revenue. PRPR's annual revenue is $4 million. The combined firm has 21 partners and a total of 130 employees. Squire is one of the fastest-growing firms in Utah, while PRPR has been part of the accounting profession in Salt Lake City for nearly 75 years.

“With such a strong cultural fit between our two organizations, we believe we will be better together,” said Squire managing partner Jonyce Bullock in a statement. “Because we share important characteristics like a 100 percent commitment to quality and partnership with our clients, we believe there is deep synergy in our vision for the future.”

The combined firm will maintain offices in both Orem and downtown Salt Lake City. Squire offers tax and audit services, along with outsourced services, accounting and ERP systems implementation, buy/sell transaction support, wealth management assistance, and more. Both firms service a wide variety of industries and sectors, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, direct sales, government, tax-exempt organizations, technology, life sciences and professional services.
