NETSUITE UNVEILS NEW EDITION

San Mateo, Calif. - NetSuite Inc. has released a new version of its NetSuite Software Company Edition, designed for software companies grappling with managing varied revenue models, including processes for supporting recurring revenue management streams. The new software is designed to reduce errors, enhance close rates, limit churn, and make billing and revenue management processes more efficient.

The new capabilities in NetSuite Software Company Edition are available as an add-on module to NetSuite's core enterprise resource planning suite.

 

INTUIT STREAMLINES PROADVISOR CERTIFICATION

Mountain View, Calif. - Intuit Inc. has retooled its QuickBooks certification course to make it easier and faster for accounting professionals to become certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. The new QuickBooks certification is a series of online training modules designed to guide ProAdvisors through the accreditation process. The newly released 2011 certification program has several updates, including the ability for 2009 and 2010 certification holders to become recertified by taking one of two comparatively abridged exams. Also, when a potential ProAdvisor answers a question incorrectly, the program lists the courses and lessons the candidate should focus on to help pass a future exam.

 

SOFTWARE CHECKS SEC FILINGS

New York - Intelligize has introduced the SEC Checker to help with the preparation, analysis and review of SEC filings. This product allows for more granular searches down to the section level, detailed company and insider information, and comparison tools across different filings. The SEC Checker is geared toward both practitioners and research specialists. In addition, Intelligize has released new versions of its Comment Checker and Precedent Checker products. The SEC research tools apply metrics and trending data to specific disclosure items, and comment and response threading to SEC staff correspondence.
