The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters has acquired Boskage Commerce Publications Ltd., a provider of international trade publications and training materials, WebCPA has learned.
Terms were not disclosed. The Allegan, Mich.-based company is now part of Thomson Reuters' Global Publishing unit, which is headed by Jim Fegen.
Boskage publications will be included on the Thomson Reuters' Checkpoint research platform.
Boskages customers include importers, exporters, customs brokers and freight forwarders, corporate trade professionals, and trade advisory practices in accounting and law firms.
Its offerings include: Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States; CBP Regulations; and Export Administration Regulations, among others.
