Three of Big Four to Earn BlackLine Certification

Three of the Big Four global accounting and consulting firms are among 12 organizations set to receive certification to implement financial software provider BlackLine’s Financial Close Software Suite.

Deloitte, Ernst & Young and KPMG representatives took part in the first multi-partner session of the BlackLine Implementation Certification Program, held last week in Los Angeles with more than 50 people in attendance. At the end of training, all the participants are required to take an exam before being granted BlackLine Implementation Certification status. Those who pass are issued an official certificate of competency.

“BlackLine is fortunate to work with great partners who bring our account reconciliation and financial close software to some of the biggest and best companies in the world,” said BlackLine chief executive Therese Tucker.

BlackLine’s next multi-partner certification course will be offered in November. In the interim, a number of consulting firms are working directly with BlackLine so their consultants can achieve certification more quickly.
