IMGCAP(1)]Ejaz Elahi and Paul P. Warley have joined Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC as managing directors, in Chicago and Atlanta, respectively.
Elahi will be part of the national life sciences and health care investment banking practice. Previously, he led the health care industry practice for a boutique investment banking firm, and before that played a key role in establishing the M&A practice at a health-are focused capital advisory firm. He holds a Bachelor's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MS from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

His proven track record in identifying and structuring innovative transactions across the rapidly changing health care sector will be invaluable to our clients," said national managing director at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC Kevan Flanigan.
[IMGCAP(2)]Warley will be part of the national capital advisory practice. Previously, he was a senior vice president at an international organization that offered lending, leasing and other business financing. He holds a BBA from The Citadel.
