Mary Shermer, CPA, and Peter Schulman, CPA, have joined Top 100 Firm RubinBrown as partners.
Shermer, who specializes in corporate and international tax, will work in the Tax Consulting Services Group. She was previously a senior manager and manager at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Anderson LLP.
She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Schulman, who specializes in bankruptcy and commercial damages, with a subspecialty in computer forensics, will work in the firm's Denver office in the Business Advisory Services Group. He was previously a partner at Hein & Associates, Schulman & Co., and Frederiksen & Co., and graduated from Northern Illinois University.
