Two New York Firms Merge

Johnson, Lauder & Savidge LLP, and Esserman & Pelter LLP will merge their accounting practices. The merger will close on Jan. 1, 2015.

The combined firm, which will practice under the Johnson, Lauder & Savidge name, will continue operations in its current locations of Binghamton, Endicott, N.Y. and Montrose, Pa.

Johnson, Lauder & Savidge, founded in 1945, has five partners and 14 staff members. The firm’s main office is in Binghamton, N.Y. with a satellite office in Montrose, N.Y.

Esserman & Pelter, which has an office in Endicott, has been in business for more than 35 years. The firm has two partners and four staff members.
