John Hallmark has been promoted to partner at UHY LLP in the firm’s audit practice.
As audit partner, Hallmark will continue to advise both public and private clients on complex accounting and finance issues, particularly in the areas of inventory and foreign operations matters for the manufacturing and construction industries.
Hallmark is a lead representative for the firm’s National Manufacturing Group and a key member of the firm’s Transaction Services Group providing due diligence services for companies, investment banks and private equity firms on merger and acquisition engagements.
Hallmark joined UHY LLP in 2000. He received a BBA in Accounting from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Texas Society of Certified Public accountants, the Houston CPA Society, Association of Builders and Contractors and the Construction Financial Management Association. He is also a member of the Accounting Advisory Board of Directors of Lamar University.
