MASSEY LAUNCHES SOCIAL MEDIA WEBCASTS FOR CPAS

Raleigh, N.C. -- In December, Microsoft Dynamics and Intacct partner Massey Consulting launched an educational webcast series aimed at helping CPAs to better utilize the social media platform.

Titled "CPAs and Social Media," the series is presented by marketing strategist Dawn Westerberg, who showcases how social media can benefit CPA firms and sole practitioners the same way that networking and word-of-mouth referrals can benefit business development. The session gave advice on how to enhance online presence with clients, prospective clients and professional associates using social media sites like Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

The sessions, which are eligible for CPE credit, are intended to be monthly, though there were only eight planned at press time. It's free to attend, but registration is required.
