Vanacore, DeBenedictus, DiGovanni & Weddell, a two-office, 10-partner CPA and business advisory firm, has merged in Lesnick and Paradie, a Tarrytown, N.Y-based practice.
Financial terms of the merger, which is effective immediately, were not disclosed.
"This acquisition has allowed us to expand into Westchester County and to continue our growth strategy," said VDD&W managing partner Thomas Weddell.
Founded in 1969, VDD&W serves clients in the construction, manufacturing, hospitality, veterinary and international tax practice niches.
