Wastvedt & Co. has acquired the San Diego-based accounting firm, Advantage Tax and Accounting Services. Deal terms were undisclosed.

Wastvedt’s president, Michael Wastvedt, said in a statement that the acquisition will allow the firm to provide better tax preparation, business consulting and IRS tax services to its clients.
The new addition came with three staff members, bringing Wastvedt’s total employees to 14. Advantage Tax has already relocated to Wastvedt & Co.’s larger offices in Carmel Valley, Calif.
