WD&W Merges in Enterprise Business Advisors

Enterprise Business Advisors CPAs has joined Walthall, Drake & Wallace, expanding WD&Ws Lake County presence in Northeast Ohio.

The merger, which took effect Nov. 1, brings the four staff members from Enterprise Business Advisors to WD&W. They will be relocating from Enterprises office in Mayfield Village, Ohio, to WD&Ws Mentor, Ohio, office. They include Bruce Bechhold, CPA, Bob Sustar, Debbie Fellenstein and Adam Deal.

Enterprise Business Advisors has been in business since 2003 and provides accounting, tax and consulting services for small businesses throughout Northeast Ohio.

This combination will provide the combined firms clients with a wider array of business services, including strategic planning, estate planning, financial forecasts and projections, litigation support, business valuations, accounting, and tax, in addition to specialized expertise in construction, manufacturing, real estate and not-for-profit organizations.

Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
