WebsterRogers Merges in Charles Talbert's CPA Practice

WebsterRogers LLP has merged the practice of Charles Talbert III, CPA, into the firm.

The deal went into effect May 1, 2013 and Talbert joined WebsterRogers as a partner.

Prior to the merger, Talbert was a shareholder and director at McAbee, Talbert, Halliday & Co. in Spartanburg, S.C.

Talbert has more than 30 years of public accounting experience and industry specialization in the areas of manufacturing, distribution and utilities. Talbert also has experience in the governmental and not-for-profit sectors providing audit and attest services.

“His specialized audit experience and client base will enable WebsterRogers to significantly increase our presence and expertise in attest services throughout South Carolina,” WebsterRogers managing partner Debra Turner said in a statement. “We are very excited to welcome Chuck to the firm."

Talbert is a member of the South Carolina Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
