Regional Leader Windes acquired Harris, Greene LLP, an accounting firm in Irvine, California, effective as of July 1.
The deal expands Windes' presence in Southern California and adds 10 professionals to its team. Harris, Greene services family offices, with specialized industry experience in real estate, hospitality, venture and growth equity, and life sciences.
