Regional CPA and business advisory firm Wiss & Co. has merged with Flemington, N.J.-based Cust, Dori & Benick, effective immediately.
Terms of the union were not disclosed. Four CDB partners — Jack Cust, Bruno Dori, Frank Benick and Mike Petrecca — and 10 staff members have joined Wiss.
CDB will retain its name and do business as Cust, Dori, Benick, a division of Wiss & Co.
Prior to the merger, Wiss, which has two offices in New Jersey and one in New York, had 26 partners and roughly 160 staff.
