Wolters Kluwer has released CCH ProSystem fx for Small Firms, a new suite of solutions tailored to small practices.
The CCH ProSystem fx suite is a software solution for tax, accounting and workflow processes.
Small firms can select the new solution in one of three packages, each based on the number of returns they process: Solution 150, Solution 300 or Solution 500. Each package includes dedicated recorded training sessions, year-round technical support and tax preparation software conversions at no additional cost. CCH ProSystem fx for small firms also provides secure document storage and client communication.
The CCH ProSystem fx suite has been on the market for more than 20 years, but Wolters Kluwer saw an opportunity to specialize the product for small firms. “We noticed small firms are trying to expand their value into their customer base, whether by adding additional clients, or whether it’s outside of season and they’re trying to expand their service offerings,” said Kerri Gibson, vice president of small professional, Wolters Kluwer tax and accounting North America.
“Small firms offer the same services as large firms, but with fewer people wearing multiple hats,” she added. “Taking the all-in-one bundle addresses tax preparation, their biggest source of revenue, but also addresses gathering source documents and communicating with their clients. Post that, it provides year-round services to not only deepen their value to clients but also grow their own firm and solidify their revenue streams.”
