Pennsylvania accounting firms Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP and Edward F. Burger & Associates, LLC have agreed to merge.
The combined firm will have offices in Horsham and Newtown, Pa., and Bonita Springs, Fla.
Burger, based in Newtown, will join Horsham-based Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP as a principal and continue to service the needs of his clients, now with the collective resources of the combined firm.
Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP is a regional CPA firm that has provided closely held businesses and individual clients with an array of accounting services for over 25 years. The firm offers services such as tax, audit and accounting, business consulting, estate planning, valuation, litigation support and forensic accounting.
