Walsh, Jastrem & Browne LLP has joined the Top 100 firm WithumSmith+Brown.
WJB’s staff, including its managing partner, Tom Walsh, and partners Jim Browne and Steve Yardumian, will join the Withum team.
WJB will become the Boston office of WithumSmith+Brown and will remain at its current location at 155 Seaport Boulevard, making it the largest accounting firm in Boston's Seaport Innovation District.
