Morgan Holmes and Bill Amon have joined the Los Angeles office of national tax firm WTAS as managing directors in the commercial tax practice.
Amon was formerly national tax industry leader for technology, media and telecom at Deloitte Tax, and was recognized as one of the Top Tax Advisors in North America in 1998, 1999 and 2001 by the International Tax Review, and by Euromoney Magazine for 2003-2008.
Morgan was previously tax director lead of the Southern California retail and consumer practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
