“As a major recruiter of Gen Y talent, BDO is thrilled to be among this prestigious list of organizations for a second consecutive year,” said Hang Bower, executive director of human resources, in a statement. “This award demonstrates our commitment to provide outstanding career paths for our employees.”

BDO was acknowledged for its benefits, extensive training programs and fostering a collaborative environment.

“The next generation workforce delivers a fresh perspective that's sorely needed to help organizations thrive in a competitive market," said Jenny Floren, Experience founder and CEO, in a statement. "Companies like BDO understand this—and they are finding ways to empower entry-level candidates by providing the right opportunities and career paths, while also keeping a sharp focus on business goals.”

The Best Places to Work for Recent Grads list, compiled in conjunction with Salary.com, began with a survey that ran from March through April 2011 and garnered responses from nearly 120 corporate recruiters. In May, the field was narrowed down to 40 and then 20 companies were selected based on hiring and retention practices, benefits, training programs, growth opportunities and starting salary.
