CPA Practice Advisor recently announced the honorees of their2016 "40 Under 40 Awards,"an annual program that looks to recognize and honor young leaders shaping the accounting and tax profession. Amongst those chosen this year wasCaleb Jenkins, 22, ofRLJ Financial Services, who is now the youngest person to be honored by the program.

Candidates must be working in the accounting field (public, private, tax preparation, consulting, academia, government), be under 40 years of age, have a significant record of accomplishments on and off the job in areas such as mentoring, volunteering, and board membership.
