Lumsden & McCormick tries to "Bring Jimmy Fallon to Buffalo"

Newly anointed “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon is more popular than ever, with western New York CPA firm Lumsden & McCormick supporting the recent “Bring Jimmy Fallon to Buffalo” campaign.

The effort, launched on Facebook by Buffalo native and Los Angeles resident Richard McMullen, angles to make the Fallon the guest for a change.

To promote the effort to bring the host north, Lumsden & McCormick released a video, featuring six firm professionals and one former employee married to a staff member.

“It’s tax season around Lumsden McCormick, and we wanted to do something fun, so we rallied the troops, who are not your typical accountants, and created a fun video,” stated managing partner John Schiavone. “It was surprisingly easy to put together, thanks to the efforts of our marketing department.  Everyone had a good time and we are excited to be a part of this community effort; and who knows maybe Jimmy Fallon and the Tonight Show crew will tape their show this summer at our offices located in the historic Cyclorama Building.”

The video is viewable below or on YouTube.
