Twitter: Here, There and Everywhere

Looking for some beginner advice on how to maximize your "tweet" potential and navigate around social networking's latest party? One novice Twitter user (from Dublin, Ireland) offers his advice into the mix.

Seems like everyone is talking about how to manage Twitter these days and economist Ronan Lyons jumps on the bandwagon (as we are with this very post).

Lyons provides 10 tips that range from "Do not use Twitter like a regular Web page," to "Retweet sparingly." Lyons provides explanations for each tip and a link for you to follow him on Twitter, as well.

He also lists four other links related to beginner tweeting, including a post called, "Seven Ways to Get Your Mom on Twitter."
