Many of us are cutting down our conference and travel budgets, however, ladies if you have some extra dough and a special interest in intergenerational relations within the female gender, you may just want to consider adding another to your list. A three-day women and power summit is being offered by the Omega Institute Center for Holistic Studies this fall targeting women of all ages.
This isn't the first Women & Power Conference hosted by the Institute – but the intergenerational topic is new this year – specifically focusing on the "the need for women of different ages to gather and inspire each other across the generations."
The conference, which takes place from Sept. 11-13 in Rhinebeck, New York and costs $355, will offer workshops such as Seven Strengths You Already Have to Create the Success You Deserve; Communicating Across the Generations, Writing in the Blogosphere; and The Balancing Act: Work, Home and Self-Care."
The Omega Institute is a nonprofit organization with a mission to offer a "university of life" designed to foster personal growth and social change.
