RSM, Chicago, announced it has admitted Huapu Tianjian CPAs, Beijing, into its global network. The firm announced that this addition is the first stage of RSM’s wider plan to create one of the top 10 audit, tax and consulting providers in the Chinese market.

Cray, Kaiser was appointed a member firm of global network Russell Bedford.

KANSAS

Members of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, Roseland, presented information about becoming a CPA to more than 3,000 local area high school students at 115 schools as part of the society's CPA Career Awareness program, which educates the next generations about the profession. (Read the full story.)

PENNSYLVANIA

Stephano Slack, Wayne, partnered with Devereux Behavioral Health for Operation Santa, an annual event for which the firm’s service team and employees purchased and wrapped gifts, then delivered them to children at the Devereaux’s Children’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services Center, which serves children with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral and emotional disorders. The firm’s team also donated $2,500 to Bringing Hope Home, an organization dedicated to helping families with cancer.

Boyer & Ritter CPAs and Consultants, Camp Hill, was named among the top 20 midsized firms in the 100 Best Places to Work in PA for 2018, marking the 10^th consecutive year the firm has made the ranking.
