The New Jersey Society of CPAs collected $35,627.50 in online monetary donations and 2,727 pounds of nonperishable items and canned goods for its 13th annual food drive this fall to benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

UNITED KINGDOM

Linda Mezon-Hutter was appointed vice chair of the International Accounting Standards Board, the IFRS Foundation Trustees announced. Additionally, the IFRS Foundation appointed five new trustees: Koushik Chatterjee, Sukjoon Lee, Steven Maijoor, Isabel Saint Malo, and Wencai Zhang. The foundation also appointed Maria Theofilaktidis for a second term.
