Lee Roberts, shareholder and director of sales at BerganKDV, St. Cloud, was elected to the board of directors of the Independent Payroll Providers Association, announced at the IPPA’s annual business meeting in Minneapolis on Oct. 3.

Gary Scanlon was hired as a principal in the international tax group of the Washington national tax practice at KPMG. Scanlon most recently served as an attorney-advisor with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of the International Tax Counsel.
