BPM Promotes Yeung to Partner

Selena Yeung has been promoted to partner at Top 100 Firm Burr Pilger Mayer. Yeung works in the firm’s tax practice, where she represents high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives and family-owned businesses on an array of business and tax matters.

“I am excited for what the future holds,” Yeung said in a statement. “I look forward to working with my fellow partners to take the firm to the next level.”

Yeung has more than 16 years of experience in income tax planning, charitable planning, retirement planning, estates and trusts planning, financial planning and wealth transfer planning for private individuals. She advises executive officers including CEOs, CFOs and Section 16 Officers with stock option planning for incentive stock options, non-qualified stock options and restricted stock units for their companies.

As a Community Outreach Liaison for BPM’s San Francisco office, Yeung mentors junior associates on client issues and career advancement initiatives. Outside of work, Yeung is a board member and fundraising committee member of the Young Audiences of Northern California, a non-profit organization creating art experiences that inspire young people, expand learning and enliven communities. She is also an active member of AICPA, CalCPA and the San Francisco Estate Planning Council.

Yeung is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California. She earned her BS and MBA from the University of San Francisco.
