Bush, Ramlow Joins Firm Foundation

Accounting firm Bush, Ramlow & Shore is joining Firm Foundation, a recently established association for CPA firms that have approximately 10 to 30 full-time employees.

Firm Foundation, a division of RSM McGladrey, provides member firms with tools and services for tax preparation, human resources, practice management and marketing. The association launched in July with six charter member firms. It targets firms with revenues ranging from $500,000 to $3 million.

Bush, Ramlow & Shore, a firm based in Springfield, Mo., has three partners, three professionals and 10 employees. The firm provides bookkeeping and accounting services, tax prep, consulting and audit services. Its clients include nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, timeshare companies and other types of closely held businesses.

By joining the association, Bush Ramlow plans to be able to tap into networking opportunities and enhance the breadth of its services. Dean Sengstock, director of Firm Foundation, said the firm would get advice from his association on audit competence and practice management, along with help on restructuring its marketing campaigns.
