CCH Sword Essential is based on CCH's Sword Enterprise software, which helps companies comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and Basel II requirements. The software lets users build an inventory of enterprise risks, assess each risk using a standardized assessment methodology, create and distribute loss and event reports, generate reports using standard templates with various filtering and sorting options, and assign issues and manage action items related to risks.
